MADE TO MEASURE MOTORBIKE TOP BOX INNER / LINER STORAGE BAG

After many requests to supply these made to measure motorcycle top box inner liner bags we have finally added them to the website!

The Standard Bag comes with a 3 sided zipped top.
Alternatively, for an additional £5, we can offer zips on both the top and side:- For this option we make the bag side as the main lid (zip on 3 sides) and then install a single zip running accross the middle of the top panel also.

A Shoulder Strap with Shoulder Pad for easy transportation and removal of the inner from the motorbike top box upon arrival at your destination.

The fabric used is our 600 dernier Cordura-like Heavy Duty Fabric, which is a very strong material and waterproof (looks a bit like the old canvas kit bag material but is synthetic).

Price is for rectangular top boxes. (shaped versions also available at extra cost)

Heavy Duty Material

This 600 dernier (twice the strength of 300d) fabric is a tough strong & rip resistant fabric.
It is ‘Polyester’ based with a fully waterproof backing.
The outer is treated to make it stain resistant.
Bags and covers in this fabric offer the ultimate in storage protection.

Standard Duty

This superb fabric provides for a good compromise, being lightweight yet reasonably strong, whilst still offering fabulous storage protection.
It is ‘Nylon’ based with a fully waterproof backing.
This fabric has a smooth finish.

Padded Bag Materials

For our padded bags, we use 3 layers of material.
Outer material – Heavy Duty.
Middle material -10 or 20mm padded insulating foam (thickness depends upon product).
Inner material – Standard Duty.
This ensures a high level of protection for the internal items whilst reducing the risk of scratching and no fluffly liners to cause a “lint” fluff problem.
